To be eligible to receive a funded place, you must live in Gullane, or within the Gullane Primary School catchment area or attend Gullane Primary School or Gullane Nursery, and meet at least one of the 4 criteria below.
Funded places are available by referral only.
Priority children (who live in Gullane) will be contacted by Gullane Primary School or the Health Visiting Team. These families will be given a referral form.
*The Scout/Recreational Hall can be accessed from Hamilton Road, behind the tennis courts, in between the Gullane Village Hall and Gullane Tennis Pavilion).
Once the GVA/Gullane Tennis Club have received a referral form, please contact them to discuss which activities your child would like to take part in.
Please either e-mail GullaneVillageAssoc@gmail.com to let them know which activities you would like to book in for.
Alternatively, please phone Hilary Smyth on 0770 638 170.
We will then confirm that we are able to provide funding for some (hopefully all!) of the activities your child would like to do, and authorise any funding.
Once your funding has been authorised, please book your child in using the normal booking channel's with the activity organisers.
If your child(ren) has additional needs, please contact the organisation running your chosen activity, prior to booking in, to ensure that they are able to meet your child(ren)'s needs.
The GVA or Gullane Tennis Club will pay the fees once your booking has been confirmed.
In most cases, the activity organisers will be able to invoice the GVA/GTC directly. However, in some cases, you may not be able to complete the booking without payment being taken. Please contact the activity provider or the GVA if this happens, and we will work out a solution.
Your child attends the activity as normal.
We hope they have a wonderful time.
